CVD Diamond

Since 2003, Supower has devoted itself to the R&D of high quality CVD diamond. With over five years commitment, Supower has made great progress and it is among one of very few companies in the world who can commercially provide high quality thick film diamond.

This product is specifically designed for thermal management applications. It displays excellent thermal diffusivity and conductivity. Typical applications include mountings for laser diodes and high power transistors.

Supower offers a very broad line of technologically-advanced CVD diamond products, including CVDD Dresser Logs, CVDD Die Blanks, CVDD Cutting Tool Blanks, CVDD Heat Sinks, and CVDD Detectors. 

On July 1st,2009,  Supower  entered into a joint venture with II-IV Incorporated, which is especially committed to research, development and manufacturing CVDD and Laser cutting Machine. The quality of CVDD Logs could be guaranteed and the production output will be increased in a large amount. Delivery time will be guaranteed too.
